We recently upgraded our phone system, and experienced excellent customer service and training with the staff from Tri-Tel. They were knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. The transition from our old system to the new system was seamless.

Sacred Heart Parish has had Tri-Tel Technical Services as their internal phone vendor for at least 14 years.  We have a good working relationship built on trust–especially since the same people have assisted and advised us all these years.  They are responsive and quick to solve any problem. In 2002 the Park District purchased a new Toshiba phone system. When that transaction was completed little did I realize that the majority of the District’s telephone equipment concerns would end. The District still has the same system and has no plans or need to replace the system. Tri-Tel has been an excellent resource when the Park District has had phone service problems and they have always gone to bat for the Park District when we needed an advocate in the complex telecommunications industry.

We switched from a Merlin phone system to a Comdial phone system with all the new bells and whistles. Tri-Tel made the switch easy. The new system was installed over a weekend and was ready for Monday morning. They set up our phones and trained our users. When I have questions they answer the phone, or respond to email, promptly.
