We were informed recently that our phone system will no longer be expandable and licensed. Tri-Tel came out with a new proposal. The rest is a classic a story of how to provide the best customer service in America. We’re three locations, 600 cars inventory dealerships. The Tri-Tel team worked relentlessly. We did not lose a single minute of phone or network time. When all was done, we had on site support from the best pros in the communications industry.

We recently upgraded our phone system, and experienced excellent customer service and training with the staff from Tri-Tel. They were knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. The transition from our old system to the new system was seamless.
Sacred Heart Parish has had Tri-Tel Technical Services as their internal phone vendor for at least 14 years. We have a good working relationship built on trust–especially since the same people have assisted and advised us all these years. They are responsive and quick to solve any problem. It is unusual in today’s world to be able to deal with the same people all of the time. Curtis should be able to visualize our set up with all of the buildings, the school, etc. since he has been here so much, and I find that incredibly valuable. I feel like I know you even though it is just by phone and e-mail.

It has been such a pleasure working with Chris and Doug at Tri-Tel. Fremont Township absolutely loves the camera systems and keyless entry systems that were installed. The installation was not only prompt but Doug and his guys are always exceptionally tidy and professional. Doug seems to take a lot of pride in how the installation turns out.
