In 2002 the Park District purchased a new Toshiba phone system. When that transaction was completed little did I realize that the majority of the District’s telephone equipment concerns would end. The District still has the same system and has no plans or need to replace the system. Tri-Tel has been an excellent resource when the Park District has had phone service problems and they have always gone to bat for the Park District when we needed an advocate in the complex telecommunications industry.
Tri-Tel epitomizes working as a team with the customer to provide the best possible telecommunication services. Joining together with Tri-Tel has enabled Park District staff to focus more on the provision of parks, facilities and recreation programs and less on telecommunication issues.
